When we have had little control over much of our lives, it has been a welcome relief to reconnect with so many of you. The importance of community and the value of human touch has never been so paramount during this time of crisis and uncertainty. Massage can help you manage some of your emotions as well as reduce muscle tension, headaches and other negative physical effects of prolonged stress on your body experienced during the pandemic.
Thanks for your continued patience and understanding as we try to keep everyone safe. Minimizing contact points, wearing masks, and increased sanitation measures help decrease the risk of infection.
You may pay for your appointment using a credit card or Venmo Christine Sexton @Christine-Sexton-5. If you are paying by cash please place cash inside an envelope. Upon arrival at your next massage appointment, please text me at 610-357-7819, I will open the front door and check your temperature. I ask that you use hand sanitizer and remove your shoes. Clients and therapist are required to wear masks properly at ALL times, even during your treatment. It would be best if you text or email me regarding any minor health updates and goals of your session prior to your appointment as well.
You will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire regarding COVID-19 at your first visit back. If you would like, you can download the form from here under the tab entitled FORMS TO DOWNLOAD and bring it with you to your visit. During subsequent visits, I will only conduct a verbal health screening prior to the start of your massage session.
If you have a fever, chills, shortness of breath, sore throat, cough, experience a loss of taste or smell, unusual headache, or fatigue, or have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive with Covid-19, and/or travelled outside of the state or been in close contact with others within a large group setting, I respectfully ask that you wait at least two weeks for an appointment.
I also request that if you develop any symptoms related to COVID-19 and test positive within 2 weeks following your appointment that you share that information with me. Transparency will keep us safe, allow me to do diligence in sanitation of my space and provide contact tracing within my client community.
If you are immune compromised or have tested positive & recovered from COVID-19 then you should consider the risks of getting a massage at this time.
At this time:
I value your business and friendship and look forward to seeing you whenever you feel comfortable to schedule your next appointment. Feel free to call, text or email me with any questions or concerns.
Be well and stay safe,
Christine Dano Sexton
